Refund policy

Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or provided account details.

For exchanges:
If the new item is higher in value, you'll need to pay the price difference.
If the new item is lower in value, we'll refund the difference.

Return Process :
We'll schedule a pickup within 2-3 business days after confirming your return request (no additional costs).
When we receive the product we'll process refunds or dispatch exchanged products within 2-3 days.
If the item is not available for exchange, we'll offer alternatives or issue a refund (3-5 business days).

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Product must be in its original packaging.
Product must not be used or damaged.
Product must include original tags.

Damaged or Defective Items

We'll replace items damaged during transit, manufacturing defects, or wrong items delivered.
Requests for replacement/return must be made within the stipulated time frame.

Self-Shipping Returns

If reverse pickup is not available, you can self-ship the product to our address:

Important Notes

Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Self-shipped products must be sent within 5 days of raising a return request.
